Technical Service Engineer维修工程师
Location: Shanghai, Beijing
1. Responsible for technical product installation, modification and enhancement in accordance with customer specification.
2. To provide qualified technical support to ensure that customers and salesmen receive accurate advice on product use, guidance on product selection, and resolution of technical complaints.
3. Troubleshoot among a wide range of technical problems and issues, determine technical solution and repair with quick speed.
4. Handle product-related problems as required, be able to test products and solve customer problems.
5. Responsible for basic operation training on client premises.
6. May liaise with application specialist/other engineers to make reports and work out solutions to ensure product quality.
7. Further tasks on request
1. College degree or above, major in: Science or Engineering.
2. At least 2 years working experience. Experienced in Biotech & large corporation is welcome.
3. Service skill for freezer, shaker and incubator will be an advantage.
4. Technical skill for Eppendorf product will be an advantage.
5. Patience is a plus.
6. High energy, team player and interpersonal, communication and coordinating skills are essential, Proven analytical problem solving skills.
7. Open and direct to recommend good ideas to management on continuous upgrading and improvement of service organization.
8. Able and willing to learn new technology and new skills.
9. Process good communication skills both in Chinese and English.
10. Willingness to travel.
