How the Eppendorf Customer Agreed Pricing works
- Contact your local Eppendorf Sales Representative to review your consumables requirements.
- You and your Eppendorf rep will determine your yearly usage of each consumable which, in turn, determines your CAP qualification and, if qualified, your discount rate.*
- Qualifying labs will receive a CAP quotation number to include on your initial consumables order and all subsequent consumables orders for the next 12 months.
- Your Eppendorf rep works directly with your purchasing department or preferred laboratory product supplier, so you would continue to make purchases through your existing channels—there are no extra steps, no contracts to sign, no renewal commitments.
